Proactively and clearly communicate issues pertaining to their account – both to the DS/Wholesale customer and to the relevant internal business partners. Be a strong partner and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all aspects of the Drop Ship fulfillment from onboarding a new DS account and order visibility to account portal navigation and account requirements to EDI functionality and order fulfillment Independently analyze to ensure DS/Wholesale order integrity; monitor exception reporting to ensure order visibility and reduce order fulfillment delays and cancellations Ensure DS/Wholesale orders are prepared in accordance to projected fill rate and delivery/ship calendar; and ship on time. Create and deliver monthly/quarterly drop ship metrics of successes, opportunities and go forward plan to activate additional accounts and leverage momentum Develop & maintain a Standard Operating Procedures for DS; identify areas of improvement and recommend effective processes to improve workflow, efficiency and profitability for current and future DS accounts Coordinate and lead in continuous improvement projects that help streamline processes and gain efficiencies in meeting Tapestry Service Level Agreements Uphold and adhere to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls as it relates to the company’s narrative on revenue protection, approvals, auditing, and claims processing. The outstanding professional will possess… Strong foundation of Order Management experience in a rapidly changing deadline driven Sales, Order Fulfillment, or Customer Service environment Seasoned experience in wholesale, retail or ecomm industry of 3+yrs Intermediate or Advanced level MS Office Working Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA & Microstrategy / Business Intelligence Elevated attention to detail and initiative Analytical, with strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain cross-functional multi-level relationships Ability to work on an individual level, as well as a team environment; develop and cultivate collaborative relationships with internal and external customers.
