Job DutiesAssisting customers as they shop within the store Greeting customersAnswering questions related to the merchandise and store policiesLocating items for customersSteaming clothingPulling items from backstockKeeping track of inventoryMaintaining the cleanliness of the storeDebriefing shifts with store owners Skills NeededStrong work ethic and high level of self-motivationHas retail/sales experienceAbility to learn new technology systems (Square POS)Reliable and dependableIn shop availability at least 3-4 days a weekEnthusiastic about ethical and sustainable fashion and empowering women.Must live on O'ahu and have the ability to commute to HonoluluIs passionate about supporting small business This position will be paid $16 an hour. We will be open 7 days a week. The days in which associates work will be flexible but ideally, the candidate will have flexibility on weekends, and during the holiday season (we will be closed on major holidays).
