Role and Responsibilities of Workforce Leader:

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in boosting sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and overseeing day-to-day store operations. You’ll work closely with store management to ensure efficient store operation and high standards.

Maintain stock levels and ensure size availability to maximize sales and meet customer needs.Ensure the store is fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing to customers.Delegate tasks and coordinate schedules to ensure colleague productivity.Supervise customer service areas to ensure a fast, friendly, and efficient experience.Assist with store operations, including opening, closing, and managing duties as required.Manage customer feedback, addressing concerns and escalating when necessary.Motivate and develop colleagues through coaching, feedback, and support.Ensure completion of operational tasks like pricing, signage, markdowns, and safety checks.Required Skills and Experience of Workforce Leader:

Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong customer service abilities, with experience handling and resolving issues effectively.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Problem-solving skills and the ability to adjust to changing store and customer demands.Clear and effective communication skills for engaging with customers, colleagues, and management.Experience with retail technology, including cash registers, self-checkouts, and POS systems.Fluency in English to effectively communicate with team members and customers.Compensation and Benefits of Workforce Leader:
