Womenswear Luxury Sales Associate

We are hiring a Luxury Sales Associate for Womenswear Department at our flagship store located in Philadelphia, PA. We offer a competitive commission structure with bonus opportunities throughout the year; new sales associates have the ability to earn a starting salary of $75,000. In this role, you will: • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent sales service • Be skilled at asking appropriate questions to identify a client's needs, build the sale and provide assistance and knowledge on products and brands • Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge • Achieve personal and department sales goals, often exceeding beyond your goal • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales and retention • Clientele to new and current clients (reach out, follow ups, etc.)
