Store Manager – Retail

The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, leading store operations, and delivering an elevated customer experience within a premium retail environment. This role oversees team leadership, coaching, scheduling, KPI performance, customer experience, visual merchandising, inventory management, and daily store operations while ensuring high service and presentation standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities include:

Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing retail teamDriving sales performance, KPIs, and overall store productivityManaging scheduling, staffing levels, and day-to-day store operationsSupporting visual merchandising execution and product launchesOverseeing inventory, stock control, and loss prevention proceduresMaintaining strong customer service standards and client engagementEnsuring operational, safety, and brand standards are upheld at all timesActing as a key-holder responsible for opening/closing proceduresQualifications:

3+ years of retail management experienceStrong leadership, coaching, and team development skillsCommercially driven with strong understanding of KPIs and retail reportingExperience with POS systems, CRM platforms, and retail technologyHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPassion for fashion, retail, and delivering exceptional customer experiencesWork Location: In person
