The Business Manager serves as the People Leader for colleagues assigned to a group of departments - owning the selection, development and retention of this team. The Business Manager leads from the selling floor to redeploy resources and keep the team moving in response to customer activity, consistently driving productivity and performance. \- Provide oversight and ensure colleague and customer compliance with all Health and Safety protocols. \- Require and champion use of selling technology to support a seamless customer experience; deliver Omni channel competency by optimizing use of tools and following standard procedures.
