Join our team at RK Collections Boutique as a Sales Stylist! We are a locally owned women's fashion boutique located at Park Plaza Mall in Little Rock, AR. Our boutique is all about glam, sexy, bold, and confident fashion. We believe in providing exceptional customer service and helping our customers feel beautiful and confident in their outfits.
As a Sales Stylist, you will work one on one with customers to create styled outfit options that make them look and feel amazing. We are looking for someone with a creative and abstract mind who can think outside the box when it comes to fashion styling. This is not a typical cashier position – we want someone who is motivated to make sales and provide top-notch customer service.
The ideal candidate for this role is full of energy, loves interacting with people, has a passion for fashion, and has previous retail experience. You must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as those tend to be our busiest times.

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, customer service, and fashion, with a focus on providing an exceptional shopping experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• *Duties:**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs
- Create styled outfit options for customers
- Operate IPad POS system to handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor & store
- Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently
• *Skills:**
- A passion for fashion and an active following of trends and fashion styling is extremely beneficial
- Experience in women's fashion sales is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Speaking Spanish is a big plus!
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks effectively
