About the Position

Kayco Outlet is hiring an energetic and outgoing Livestream Sales Host to present women’s clothing during interactive live shopping shows on Whatnot.

This is an on-camera sales position for someone who enjoys fashion, connecting with people and creating an upbeat shopping experience. You will present clothing, interact with viewers, answer questions, encourage purchases and help keep each show entertaining and moving smoothly.

The full-time host will also help prepare merchandise, organize clothing racks and reset the livestream area between shows.

We primarily sell women’s clothing, so applicants should have a working knowledge of women’s fashion, sizing, fit, brands or styling.

Prior livestreaming experience is helpful but not required. Paid training is provided.

Schedule

Monday through Friday
8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
40 paid hours per week
30-minute unpaid meal break
No weekends
On-site in Tampa
Remote work is not available

Compensation

$20 per hour guaranteed
Additional performance bonuses based on show and sales results

Responsibilities

Host interactive women’s clothing sales on Whatnot
Present merchandise in an upbeat, conversational and persuasive way
Describe styles, brands, colors, sizing, fit, condition and notable features
Suggest ways clothing can be worn or styled
Interact with viewers and answer questions during each show
Encourage purchases, bids, follows and repeat customers
Maintain positive energy throughout each livestream
Keep shows moving efficiently between items
Prepare clothing racks and merchandise before shows
Reset and organize the livestream area between shows
Help prepare for upcoming livestreams
Apply coaching and work toward clear performance goals

Qualifications

Friendly, outgoing and naturally conversational
Comfortable appearing and speaking on camera
Familiar with women’s clothing, brands, sizing or fashion trends
Comfortable encouraging customers to make purchases
Reliable, punctual and receptive to feedback
Able to stand, speak and handle clothing for extended periods
Able to maintain accuracy and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Experience in retail, fashion, hospitality, sales, theatre, livestreaming, content creation or another public-facing role is preferred but not required.

A college degree is not required.
