Women's Fashion Graphics Specialist

As a key member of our Merchandising team, you will create original prints, patterns, typography, and illustrations that resonate with our customer base. This role requires creativity, speed, and attention to detail. Collaboration is crucial in this position. Key Responsibilities: • Design original prints, patterns, typography, and illustrations for women's apparel • Research and incorporate current fashion, social media aesthetics, and influencer-driven trends • Produce high-quality graphics in sync with our product drops and collections • Collaborate with Merchant and Influencer teams to ensure brand alignment • Create print-ready designs for various fabric applications Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Fashion or Graphic Design • 2+ years of experience in graphic design for a women's fashion retailer or boutique brand • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign) and Photoshop • A strong portfolio showcasing experience in women's apparel graphics and pattern designs • Knowledge of production techniques, including fabric printing, embroidery, DTG, and garment limitations • Creativity and speed to develop original, high-quality designs in a fast-paced retail environment • Attention to detail to create pixel-perfect artwork that aligns with manufacturing requirements
