Women’s Fashion Dresses Product Manager

Cato is seeking an experienced Women’s Fashion Dresses Product Manager to join its product development team. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of apparel product development/sourcing experience with a proven track record in a fashion retail environment; Thorough knowledge of direct sourcing, product development, design and merchandising; Knowledge of technical design, garment construction, production, fabric and yarn sourcing/development; Demonstrated success in building, training and leading a dynamic team; Experienced in negotiating with manufacturers internationally; International travel required; Four-year degree is required; and Must be able to relocate to Charlotte, North Carolina.
