Objective of the Role The primary goal of this role is to spearhead the conceptualization and creation of four annual collections and special capsule projects, focusing on the development of fabrics, colors, and wash processes. An ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment, coupled with a willingness to engage in domestic and international travel, is essential. • Cultivate an understanding of the company's aesthetic, promoting its principles within the design team and throughout daily operations. • An unwavering attention to detail and a capacity for innovative thinking. • Expertise in fabric development, wash processes, and a solid grasp of luxury streetwear, demonstrating an acute eye for detail and quality execution.
