Our Ideal Candidate: • Degree in Fashion Apparel Design or a related field • 6 months to 1 year of experience in apparel design (internships included) • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Excel • Ability to sketch by hand and digitally with an understanding of proportion • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and willingness to learn • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal • Team player with an adaptable and collaborative mindset • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities • Preferably fluent in both English and Korean (written & spoken) Experience: • Fashion Design (Import): 1 year (Preferred)
