Our ideal candidate: • Degree in Fashion Apparel Design • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Apparel Design (internships included) • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Excel • Proficient in computer and hand sketching with an understanding of proportion • Detail-oriented and a strong self-starter • Ability to establish effective work relationships across multiple levels and functions • Team player with the ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines and take initiative • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet objectives • Excellent interpersonal skills with success in both written and verbal communication • Must be able to understand, write, and speak in both English and Korean • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills About Mod Ref | Common Market While geared towards men, Common Market styles are perfect for women seeking pieces with a masculine flair.
