Zoe and Claire is a contemporary women’s wholesale brand based in Los Angeles, specializing in timeless, wearable dresses that blend modern femininity with clean, thoughtful design. We're seeking a Fashion Design Assistant who is passionate about dresses and excited to be hands-on in every stage of the design process—from concept to production, all the way through seasonal lookbook photoshoots. What You’ll Do • Trend & Concept Research: Support the team in identifying dress trends, seasonal moods, and fabric inspiration that align with Zoe and Claire’s brand DNA—effortless, feminine, and elevated. Who You Are • Passionate about dresses and women’s fashion with a sharp eye for silhouette, proportion, and detail • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Procreate • Organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment • A strong communicator and collaborative team player • Bonus: Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite and wholesale companies Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday If you’re ready to immerse yourself in the world of dress design and grow within a wholesale fashion brand, we’d love to hear from you.
