Women's Designer Store Sales Specialist

Lawrence Covell, an independently owned, designer clothing store in Cherry Creek is looking for a great person to join our team. We are a fantastic company to work for, with great pay and benefits and very little turnover. Ideally, you are someone who can sell, loves women's fashion, has a great eye and taste level, and can assist with merchandising, stock keeping, our website, etc. Must be hardworking, self-motivated, outgoing and comfortable talking to people. Lawrence Covell (www.lawrencecovell.com) was established in 1967 and is known for carrying unique European and American brands and specializing in a sophisticated, understated, modern style. Primary daily duties include selling, assisting other team members in selling, general stock keeping and assisting with social media, website content, and marketing depending on skill set. Familiarity with high-end fashion and prior retail sales experience preferred. $50K-70K base plus commission opportunities depending on prior experience. Hours are T-Fr 10-6, Sa 10-5. Must be able to work on Saturday. Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to help them find the perfect women's designer clothing pieces.Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling.Upsell additional items or accessories to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store displays are attractive, clean, and well-maintained through effective merchandising.Manage retail store product knowledge to answer customer inquiries confidently and provide expert styling advice.Assist in inventory management by stocking new merchandise and conducting regular stock checks to ensure product availability.Support cashiering duties including processing returns, exchanges, and retail sales transactions efficiently.Experience

Previous retail sales experience in a fashion or apparel environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for fashion is essential!Benefits:
