Job Overview
Kayco Outlet is hiring an energetic and outgoing Women’s Clothing Livestream Sales Host for our weekday afternoon and evening shift.
You will host interactive online clothing sales, present merchandise on camera, engage with viewers, encourage purchases and keep each show moving at a fast, consistent pace.

We primarily sell women’s clothing, so applicants should have a solid understanding of women’s fashion, sizing, fit, brands and styling. Prior livestreaming experience is helpful but not required.

This is both a sales position and a production-focused position. The right candidate will be naturally conversational, comfortable on camera, coachable and motivated by measurable goals.

Schedule

Monday through Friday
2:30–8:45 p.m.
Approximately 29 hours per week
30-minute unpaid meal break
No weekends
On-site in Tampa; remote work is not available

Typical daily schedule:

2:30–2:45 p.m.: Reset and prepare the livestream room
2:45–5:30 p.m.: First live show
5:30–6:00 p.m.: Meal break
6:00–9:00 p.m.: Second live show

Compensation

$20 per hour guaranteed
Additional performance bonuses available
W-2 employee position

Performance bonuses may consider attendance, reliability, livestream pace, sales results and overall show execution.
Responsibilities

Host live online women’s clothing sales
Present merchandise in an upbeat, conversational and persuasive way
Describe clothing styles, brands, colors, sizing, fit, condition and notable features
Suggest ways items can be worn or styled
Interact with viewers and answer questions during the show
Encourage bidding, purchases, follows and repeat customers
Maintain energy and conversation throughout each livestream
Move efficiently between items with minimal silence or downtime
Work toward sales, selling-price and items-per-hour goals
Follow company procedures and apply performance coaching

Our long-term pace target is approximately 80–100 items presented per active livestream hour while maintaining strong selling prices and show quality.
Qualifications

Friendly, upbeat and naturally conversational
Comfortable appearing and speaking on camera
Confident encouraging viewers to bid or purchase
Familiar with women’s clothing, sizing, styling, brands or fashion trends
Able to work quickly without losing accuracy or enthusiasm
Comfortable with measurable sales and production goals
Reliable, punctual, competitive and coachable
Able to stand, speak and handle clothing for extended periods

Experience in livestreaming, retail, fashion, hospitality, sales, theater, customer service or another fast-paced public-facing role is helpful but not required.
A college degree is not required.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
