About the Role We are seeking a motivated and personable Corporate Sales Associate to join our TINA Stephens clothing brand at our corporate headquarters. You'll be the voice of our brand for wholesale accounts, retail customers, B2B partners, and other key customers, managing relationships through email, phone, and in-person events. What You'll Do Respond to customer and account inquiries via email and phone in a timely, professional, and brand-appropriate manner Proactively reach out to new and existing customers/accounts to build relationships, share new collections, and drive sales Manage and grow accounts by understanding customer needs, following up on orders, and resolving issues quickly Attend tradeshows, pop-ups, and showroom events to represent the brand, showcase collections, and generate new business Process and track orders and follow-ups, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness to customers Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, operations, and logistics) to ensure a smooth customer experience Maintain CRM records with up-to-date customer information, communication history, and sales activity Prepare sales materials, line sheets, and presentations for customer meetings and events Monitor market and customer trends to identify new opportunities and provide feedback to leadership
