About the job: The Boutique Manager is responsible for all aspects of the business including: sales generation, store operations, merchandising, store associate training and assistance with social media marketing. About you: You have at least five years of experience in (ideally), retail, but we’re totally open to hospitality or customer service experience, because at the end of the day, you’re a people person. Your favorite game to play is “what’s the look?” and you know the answer to that question no matter what the event, from brunch, to happy hour, to a garden wedding on a Tuesday in the Hamptons.
