PIYOGA is a boutique fashion brand base in San Diego, California. Our office is located in Kearny Mesa and the role is for an in-person Customer Service & Marketing specialist. Customer Service Responsibilities include: • Answering emails • Answering phone calls • Using Shopify, Amazon, and Etsy • Using Google Sheets, iPad, office phone • Packing orders • Processing Wholesale orders • Working directly with wholesale reps • Cleaning up the office, warehouse, taking out trash, etc • Restocking event supplies for the farmers markets • Unpacking DHL shipments that arrive • Organizing inventory onto the shelves • Adding inventory into Shopify • Inventory Management with the iPad • Keeping everything as a whole organized • Help customers place orders and resolve conflicts • Process returns & exchanges Qualifications: - Efficient - Highly Organized - Tidy & Clean - Positive Energy - Enjoys working independently - Self-sufficient - Must be able to type over 45 words per minute - Must know how to use a desktop computer - Critical thinker - Excellent Memory for memorizing 1000 skus - Able to lift up to 75lb daily in a safe manner $25/hr rate applies to: • Taking supplies & setting up for the Farmers Markets in the morning on Wednesdays and on the weekends • $5 bonus if set up is completed 5 minutes before start time
