Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of luxury fashion and designer collections to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends and styles to effectively showcase merchandise to customers.
Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Meet and exceed sales goals by utilizing effective sales techniques and upselling strategies.
Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, including replenishing merchandise and maintaining visual standards.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Attend and actively participate in training sessions and product knowledge seminars to continuously improve selling skills.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to loss prevention and inventory management.
Assist in maintaining stock levels and participate in inventory counts as needed.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Neiman Marcus brand with integrity and enthusiasm.
