Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing personalized styling advice.
Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge in order to effectively assist customers with their purchases.
Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively listen to and understand customers' needs and preferences.
Provide exceptional customer service by going above and beyond to meet and exceed customers' expectations.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and ensuring proper display of products.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Proactively seek out and resolve any customer concerns or issues, ensuring a positive and satisfactory outcome.
Attend training sessions and meetings to further develop fashion expertise and customer service skills.
