Magnetic Me (www.MagneticMe.com) is looking for a self-motivated, experienced wholesale specialty store salesperson to lead the growth of an innovative, rapidly growing baby clothing company. Responsibilities include: Specialty Store Customers Call on and proactively reach out to specialty store accounts to review business, evaluate brand presence and increase market share, merchandise floorspace, solicit re-orders, manage “essentials,” and build relationships; Prospect new accounts nationwide and in underdeveloped territories; Assist key accounts and independent sales representatives in writing and collection of specialty store orders; Entry of some orders with admin support as needed; Managing/editing customer database information as needed; Merchandising Merchandise customer floorspace; Add up to date visual merchandise to relevant customer orders; Collect photography of customer merchandising; Trade Show Management Participate in offsite trade shows and trade show set up, conditions permitting Invite customers to appointments at relevant trade shows, conditions permitting Assist sales manager with all aspects of trade show management, conditions permitting Marketing Assist Sales Manager with management/execution of key account incentive program Assist Sales Manager hosting offsite in-store consumer-oriented events, conditions permitting Ensure customers receive requested sales collateral, such as catalogs, signage and digital material Skills Candidates with fashion or children’s clothing experience will receive special consideration Knowledge of Excel (Microsoft office) Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. Must have ability to be flexible, multi-task and shift priorities. Bachelor of Arts or equivalent The position will report directly to the Sales Manager.
