Full time IN PERSON Start date: 05/01/2023 (flexible) Duration: 3 months minimum Paid Internship - $1,000/mo Description: Wholesale High-End Children apparel Coordinator Tasks would include: Assisting in booking clients appointments; Customer service (handling returns); Working with clients online and at C&C showroom Data entry (mostly customers’ orders to be entered in C&C system) and order follow-up; Assisting the sales and logistic team; Assisting the CEO in creating reports and emails follow up Projects professional and positive appearance and attitude Maintains a clean and organized workstation Maintains an accurate record of all transactions and customer logs Reception of sample collections and showroom merchandising. Requirements: We are looking for a highly motivated intern with the following profile: Detailed-oriented; Good at multitasking; Calm demeanor and operating well in a high-pace working environment; Strong communication skills and good level of English, (oral, written and reading); Good at interacting with people; Flexible schedule including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Point Point) Currently enrolled in a undergraduate/graduate program; Sales experience preferred, but not required; Must be energetic, outgoing, tenacious, and a natural closer; Must be 18 years of age or over.
