Job Overview: Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue and profitability goals • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, including setting goals, providing coaching and feedback, and conducting performance evaluations • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and business partners, including retail buyers, distributors, and wholesalers • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and to improve sales performance • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales programs and promotions, and make recommendations for improvement • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and collaboration on sales initiatives • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, and maintain a strong presence in the street fashion community • Prep and run meetings with buyers, send follow up after sales meetings, reply to inquiries from buyers, and manage all aspects of the wholesale sales flow for selected wholesale accounts. Requirements: • 1+ years of experience in wholesale sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing a high-performing sales team • Relationships with major apparel retailers and buying offices: Marmaxx, Ross, Burlington, and other department and specialty stores are a major plus but not required. • Strong knowledge of the street fashion industry and trends • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key accounts and business partners • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform sales strategies and decision-making • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals If you are a results-driven sales leader with a passion for street fashion and a track record of success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to help lead Reason to the next level of growth and success.
