Wholesale Field Rep- NYC

This role owns seasonal training and floorset execution, partners closely with the sales team to align visual strategy with account- and door-level assortment plans, and travels to stores to ensure brand direction is properly implemented. Understand the customer, the store experience and how to drive sales inclusive of setting up seasonal training, setting new floorsets, running contest, & managing gratisUphold consistent communication with regards to visual and seasonal trainings for store network in the North American market weather virtual or in personLiaise with sales team to understand by account, by door, by divisional strategies & assortments to flawlessly executeCreate an engaging store experience for rag & bone wholesale accountsExhibit an on-trend, brand appropriate approach and aestheticPlan & participate in account visits to ensure direction is executed in storesConstant collaboration with sales to plan workflow, provide product feedback, execute training and set up the store for monthly marketing messagesAssist in pre-market set up in showroom with visual and sales teamsExhibit excellent connectivity within store management and associates to gain brand’s mindshare & collect competitive informationPartner with key doors to support events BA or BS degree in Fashion, Merchandising or equivalentStrong retail background with merchandising experience Ability to read and analyze selling reports and take actionable steps based on the dataStrong drive to achieve plans and implement growth strategies 2- 3 years of sales experienceCompetitive/Industry awareness and market knowledgeStrong attention to detail, accuracy and follow-throughExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to create strong relationshipsMust have ability to travel 60% of the time The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
