This role supports merchandising, planning, and e-commerce teams in building out seasonal assortments, analyzing performance, and helping us stay ahead in a competitive and fast-moving market. Key Responsibilities • Create weekly and seasonal performance reports across categories, styles, price points, and sales channels • Analyze sales data to identify top- and bottom-performing products • Partner with merchandising and planning teams to develop seasonal SKU plans • Support the monthly product assortment process, including item setup and data management • Coordinate with the e-commerce team on weekly assortments, product knowledge, and inventory flow • Assist in sample management, including requesting and tracking samples from overseas vendors • Conduct competitor and trend research across both online and retail channels • Support styling needs and visual merchandising planning for wholesale and e-commerce Who You Are • Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized • Comfortable working cross-functionally with planning, sales, and creative teams • A fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Curious about fashion trends, product strategy, and the business of merchandising • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data formatting) • Bonus: Experience using merchandising tools or platforms like Shopify, FashionGO, and Faire • Bonus: Experience working in wholesale, fashion, or e-commerce merchandising
