We are hiring for TWO positions within our growing U.S. wholesale fashion team. The positions have different experience and skill requirements, so please review each description carefully.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

We are the U.S. office of a large global corporation specializing in fast-fashion wholesale apparel, serving major wholesale, off-price and specialty retail accounts.

Our U.S. office is small, rapidly growing and very fast-paced, with priorities that can change quickly based on customer needs, market demands and business requirements. Speed, accuracy, flexibility and follow-through are essential.

We have a hands-on “can-do” culture where everyone rolls up their sleeves and no task is too small or too large. Team members are expected to contribute, learn quickly, take ownership and work effectively in a changing environment.

Both positions work directly with management, the sales team and cross-functional team members, providing broad exposure to the business and opportunities to learn, develop and take on increasing responsibility. POSITION 1: DESIGN / LINE SHEET & SHOWROOM COORDINATOR – SALES ASSISTANT

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.
Salary: $50,000–$66,300, based on experience and qualifications.

This is a hands-on role combining design/product presentation, AI-generated line sheet creation, showroom coordination, sample management and wholesale sales support.

The position works directly with management, sales and cross-functional team members, making it an excellent opportunity for a design/CAD candidate who wants to expand their experience into the commercial and sales side of fashion.

CORE AI / PRODUCT PRESENTATION REQUIREMENT

The candidate must have a clear understanding of how to take garment photographs and turn them into polished AI-generated product presentations, including the ability to:

· Work from existing garment/sample photographs.

· Accurately visualize garments in multiple colorways.

· Translate color requirements into accurate digital presentations using Pantone color standards.

· Understand how Pantone standards are used to communicate and maintain accurate garment colors.

· Make appropriate minor visual/product adjustments while maintaining the integrity of the original garment.

· Create professional, commercially usable presentations suitable for wholesale buyer meetings and sales presentations.

This is not simply an AI software/data-entry position. We are looking for someone with a strong fashion/design eye who understands garment color, proportion, styling and presentation and can translate physical apparel into accurate, polished digital presentations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Create and update AI-generated product line sheets and sales presentations for buyer meetings, understanding tight meeting deadlines and how to prioritize workloads

· Take existing garment photographs/samples and create accurate digital presentations in multiple colorways using Pantone color standards.

· Add and maintain style numbers, colorways, size ranges, fabric/content and other wholesale product details.

· Work extensively in PowerPoint; use Photoshop and Illustrator as needed.

· Translate fast-paced verbal and written direction from management and sales into accurate, polished presentations.

· Work across multiple apparel categories and projects while maintaining speed, accuracy and visual quality.

· Work closely with sales, management and cross-functional team members to prepare products and presentations for customers.

· Send samples to factories and customers and track shipments.

· Prepare and organize the showroom for buyer meetings.

· Track and organize in-house samples by category so they are readily available.

· Assist with buyer meeting preparation and day-to-day wholesale responsibilities.

· Provide sales support including data entry and administrative responsibilities.

· Support the juniors and missy wholesale business, including off-price and specialty retail.

REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.

· Design or CAD experience required.

· Demonstrated understanding of converting garment photographs into AI-generated presentations in multiple colorways is required.

· Working knowledge of Pantone color standards and their application to apparel colorways is required.

· Strong understanding of garment color, proportion, styling and visual presentation.

· Relevant experience may include fashion design, apparel, CAD, wholesale, sales support, merchandising, showroom or a closely related field.

· Genuine interest in the commercial/sales side of fashion.

· Excellent PowerPoint skills are essential.

· Photoshop and Illustrator are highly desirable.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Highly organized with excellent follow-through.

· Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing accuracy.

· Comfortable with fast-paced direction, changing priorities and multiple deadlines.

· Strong communication and professional presentation.

· Must have the potential to work directly with customers and buyers.

· Genuine interest in fast fashion and wholesale apparel.

· Positive “can-do” attitude and willingness to contribute wherever needed.

Speed and accuracy in line sheet and AI presentation creation are imperative. The ability to quickly understand direction, accurately interpret color requirements and execute polished presentations is critical to success in this role.

POSITION 2: WHOLESALE SALES ASSISTANT

2–3 years of relevant wholesale apparel sales support experience required.
Salary: $66,300–$75,000, based on experience and qualifications.

This is a front-end wholesale sales support role working directly with management, the sales team and cross-functional team members.

The position provides direct exposure to buyer meetings, customer communication, account support, product and order follow-up, and multiple wholesale accounts, with significant opportunity to develop professionally and take on increasing responsibility as the business grows.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Work directly with management, sales and cross-functional team members to support day-to-day wholesale activities.

· Support buyer meeting preparation, including product, presentation and account materials.

· Attend buyer/customer meetings as needed, including note-taking and follow-up.

· Communicate directly with customers and buyers as required.

· Coordinate with customers and internal cross-functional teams to support account needs.

· Manage multiple accounts, projects and priorities based on daily business needs.

· Assist with product information, sales information and order follow-up.

· Perform accurate data entry and maintain information in company systems.

· Use Excel extensively for sales support, tracking and organization.

· Work within the company’s ERP system and maintain accurate information.

· Assist with showroom and market preparation.

· Provide additional sales and administrative support as needed.

· Take on increasing responsibility as the business and team continue to grow.

REQUIREMENTS

· 2–3 years of relevant wholesale apparel sales support experience required.

· Experience with wholesale customers such as TJX/T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, Burlington, Ross, specialty stores or similar retail accounts is highly desirable.

· Strong Excel skills are essential.

· Strong math and numerical skills.

· ERP experience is critical.

· Excellent organization, time management and follow-through.

· Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects and deadlines.

· Ability to prioritize changing needs in a very fast-paced environment.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Professional, polished presentation and demeanor.

· Must be comfortable potentially working directly with customers and buyers.

· Wholesale apparel/fashion experience is required.

· Positive “can-do” attitude, initiative and willingness to take ownership.

LOCATION & WORK SCHEDULE

Hybrid schedule: 4 days in the office / Friday WFH, customer permitting.

This is not a remote position. The ability and willingness to work in person in our Midtown Manhattan office is required.

The Friday work-from-home day is part of the normal hybrid arrangement and is subject to customer/business needs.
