Wholesale Customer Service/ Sales Order Ops Manager Established children’s apparel brand, based in the LA-metropolitan area, is seeking an experienced Wholesale Customer Service/Sales Order Ops Manager to fill an important support role in our rapidly growing business. Review order details to ensure accuracy against vendor agreement & commitment, identifying pre-ticketing or special handling needs Proactive working knowledge of account logistics and vendor routing guides Review chargeback claims Manage data entry and customer service team Optimize system utilization to establish best workflow of order management to maximize efficiencies Work with WMS help desk on any open ticket issues impacting order flow Assist reps with general order management Run open order reports to ensure orders are allocated/will allocate against future WIP Waiting allocations review: verify if shortages are valid & report shortages to account manager Manage new customer setup process across multiple systems Ensure communication with warehouse for order accuracy Manage Joor order flow and style setup.
