Wholesale Account Executive - Germany

The Account Executive is responsible for supporting the Coach wholesale business in Central Europe with Department Store accounts (DPS) and working closely with multi brands (MB) specialty accounts in designated markets; the Account Executive will act as the day to day contact for the Brand by servicing Coach DPS and MB and online clients’ portfolio. Support Account Manager with development and management of the Accounts facilitating growth strategies Coordinate seasonal market organization and meetings for our accounts Responsible for collecting, maintaining and correcting clients orders Work with Wholesale team on swap and re-orders to clients to drive sales Work closely with customer service team for back-end follow up : order upload, tracking inbound and outbound shipments Liaise with credit control on customers’ payments Manage and update Account Lists Coordinate and support instore marketing initiatives & events, manage ROI reports with stores, coordinate samples. Partner with Wholesale team to develop & implement seasonal training and product knowledge materials Work closely with Visual Merchandising team to ensure that all merchandising and presentation standards are executed Support new store openings in coordination with cross functional partners & accounts Coordinate onboarding training session for our instore Brand Ambassadors with accounts 2 years - Wholesale experience required Highly motivated and target driven to achieve Wholesale team Sales targets A strong and passionate team player motivated to work in a “start-up” environment in Europe Flexibility to travel in Europe Willingness to take on responsibilities outside a defined job scope Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced high performance environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy Confident, dynamic with good initiative Excel literate and immediate level of Microsoft Office Fluent in German and English Industry contacts / client base would be ideal Experience in a multi brand market and DACH territory Our Competencies for All Employees Dealing with Ambiguity: Can effectively cope with change; can shift gears comfortably; can decide and act without having the total picture; isn’t upset when things are up in the air; doesn’t have to finish things before moving on; can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty.
