We’re Hiring: Fashion Brand Manager | Aspen, CO (Hybrid / On-site)

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Fashion Brand Manager to help bring this vision to life from the ground up. Role Overview As Fashion Brand Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the brand’s identity, strategy, and market presence. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute overall brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling • Lead product and brand development for our organic cashmere shirt line • Oversee branding assets including messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice • Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and production partners (with a focus on sustainability) • Manage go-to-market planning, including pricing, distribution, and launch strategy • Work closely with marketing on digital, PR, and influencer strategies • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (website, packaging, social, retail, partnerships) • Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer insights in the luxury fashion space Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in fashion brand management, marketing, or related roles • Strong background in luxury, premium, or sustainable fashion • Experience launching or scaling a brand or product line is highly preferred • Excellent storytelling, communication, and project management skills • Deep understanding of fabrics, apparel production, and quality standards (cashmere experience a plus) • Entrepreneurial mindset with attention to detail and strong execution ability Why Join Us • Be part of building a new luxury fashion brand from inception • Work with a focus on sustainability, craftsmanship, and timeless design • Based in the inspiring environment of Aspen, with flexibility • Opportunity for long-term growth, leadership, and creative impact
