The Warehouse Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for managing warehouse staff, coordinating daily fulfillment operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role focuses on maximizing productivity while meeting customer service expectations.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead warehouse associates during daily fulfillment operationsPlan and prioritize picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activitiesMonitor employee performance, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluationsEnsure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on scheduleMaintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory auditsEnforce workplace safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and company regulationsTrain new employees on warehouse procedures, equipment, and safety practicesCoordinate staffing levels to meet workload demandsInvestigate and resolve shipping, inventory, and operational issues Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, productivity, and on-time shippingCollaborate with purchasing, inventory, transportation, and customer service teamsMaintain warehouse cleanliness and organization following 5S standardsPrepare operational reports and communicate daily performance to managementQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred2–5 years of warehouse or distribution experiencePrevious supervisory or team leadership experience preferredExperience with Netsuite and inventory controlForklift certification is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
