This role focuses on maximizing productivity while meeting customer service expectations. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead warehouse associates during daily fulfillment operationsPlan and prioritize picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activitiesMonitor employee performance, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluationsEnsure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on scheduleMaintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory auditsEnforce workplace safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and company regulationsTrain new employees on warehouse procedures, equipment, and safety practicesCoordinate staffing levels to meet workload demandsInvestigate and resolve shipping, inventory, and operational issues Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, productivity, and on-time shippingCollaborate with purchasing, inventory, transportation, and customer service teamsMaintain warehouse cleanliness and organization following 5S standardsPrepare operational reports and communicate daily performance to managementQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred2–5 years of warehouse or distribution experiencePrevious supervisory or team leadership experience preferredExperience with Netsuite and inventory controlForklift certification is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel SkillsStrong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making skills Organizational and time-management skills Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer and reporting skills Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods90% of time to be spent on the floor guiding the teamLift up to 50 pounds as neededBend, stoop, climb, and reach throughout the workdayWork in varying warehouse temperaturesOperate warehouse equipment safelyPreferred QualificationsExperience in wholesale high-volume distribution along with vendor compliance and routingLean Manufacturing or Six Sigma knowledgeExperience managing productivity and labor metricsFamiliarity with barcode scanners, RF devices, and shipping software Compensation: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Naked Wardrobe is a fashion forward line created with the intention of celebrating women of all shapes and sizes.
