WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR - 2ND SHIFT

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our SB Distribution Center located at (308 Herrod Blvd, Dayton, NJ 08810) to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities on the 2nd shift. You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. On daily basics the Warehouse Supervisor check with others Supervisor with in the same Department for a handoff that needs to be completed before starting a new assignment. Qualifications/Requirements Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency Ability to input, retrieve and analysis data Hands-on commitment to getting the job done Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bi-lingual- Able to speak and understand (Spanish) is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills · Willingness to work extended days and weekends as business needs require · Inventory cycles counts · Scanned product in to locations · Check cut & sold for inventory in the As400 program for shortages · Complete all incomplete orders and send to Floor Ready Department for processing. Experience with Pick/Stock within a Distribution Center Strong Leadership and Communication Skills Strong Decision-Making Skills 3 to 5 years of Experience in warehousing Minimum 5 years of experience in managing people Responsibilities but not limited to include
