Warehouse picking and packing clerk

We are a small but growing importer of Apparel wholesale and we are in need of a picking and packing individual to assist the warehouse/ stock room of the following tasks but not limited to these tasks: - Order picking, checking and packing of orders - Receiving shipments from vendors against packing slips - Ability to take physical inventory with accuracy and precision - Some lifting of boxes required - Knowledge of creating shipments in UPS website Requirements for the position: - MUST have at least 1 year experience in picking and packing IN THE WHOLESALE GARMENT/FASHION INDUSTRY - Extremely detail oriented and organized- YOU MUST HAVE THIS ABILITY - Ability to demonstrate flexibility with daily demands and following instructions as requested - Be able to work under pressure with a positive and professional attitude - Be able to cooperate and communicate with the warehouse manager and demonstrate a positive and friendly team player attitude - Flexible to work overtime if needed - Must be responsible, punctual and reliable - High School Diploma required This is a part time position with the potential of becoming full time.
