We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee our fulfillment center and lead our logistics operations into the next phase of growth.
Position Overview
As our Warehouse Manager, you will orchestrate the daily internal flow of inventory within our distribution facility. The ideal candidate understands that the fashion supply chain requires a perfect balance of high-velocity e-commerce picking, meticulous retail distribution, and careful quality management of delicate materials. You will lead a dedicated team, implement cutting-edge automated systems, and optimize our layout to handle seasonal inventory surges with peak efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations Management: Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, sorting, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatching for both B2B retail accounts and D2C e-commerce channels.
Inventory Control & Accuracy: Lead cycle counts, end-of-season reconciliations, and garment tracking. Ensure standard inventory systems match physical counts flawlessly using ABC velocity methodologies.
Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor warehouse associates and shift supervisors. Foster a collaborative, positive workplace culture while managing performance metrics (KPIs) and labor budgets.
Space Optimization: Continually assess and re-engineer the warehouse layout to maximize storage density and streamline pick-paths for fluctuating seasonal collections.
Systems & Automation: Master and maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track real-time stock levels, generating status reports (IN/OUT, dead stock, and high-velocity SKUs) for executive leadership.
Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict safety protocols, regulatory mandates (e.g., OSHA), and maintenance procedures for forklifts and fulfillment machinery to maintain an accident-free environment
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 3–5+ years of proven warehouse management experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds explicitly within Men Cloths and fashion Industry.
Technical Savvy: High proficiency with modern Warehouse Management Systems, Quick Books Enterprise and barcode scanning systems.
Scale & Volume: Proven experience managing a fast-paced environment with high SKU counts (styles, colors, sizes) and processing thousands of outbound units daily.
Leadership Skills: Exceptional team-building capabilities with a history of successfully supervising Warehouse team associates .
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 40 lbs when supporting the floor during peak rushes.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Admin is a strong plus.
