Monitor wave reports and ensure clean up waves are completed, eliminating aging orders Support on-call efforts and procedures to support WMS issues Support and perform UAT testing for all changes affecting Operations. Perform problem resolution as necessary. Work with the business to define the processes and translate it into system configuration Work with Outbound teams to be able to translate business requirements to system rules. Set up ad hoc queries to support problem resolution Seek and support continuous improvement efforts, this will be an expectation resulting in a number of improvements Experience/Skills: Must have experience with Manhattan Associates WMS and config changes, process mapping, SOP updates and understanding of the Manhattan WMS capabilities.
