WAREHOUSE DIRECTOR

Responsibilities: Supervise daily warehouse activities of space, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service Identify solutions for improvement in the organization through process analysis, determining areas of potential improvement in terms of efficiency, company effectiveness, and inflow/outflow of materials by developing appropriate solutions. Work with process owners and subject matter experts to define, build, test, and provide training on systemic solutions for various warehouse processes Collaborate with corporate and warehouse leadership on overall management of the distribution network Conduct meetings to discuss performance, progress and improvement plans as well as update executive leadership on warehouse systems Plan future direction of supply chain management systems at warehouses, including upgrading the current Warehouse Management System (WMS) Manage relationships with account management staff for ad-hoc warehouse/fulfillment projects. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in systems implementation and support, distribution/warehouse     management, logistics or other relevant area 5+ years of experience managing and implementing advanced warehouse processes including dynamic slotting and pick strategies 5+ years of experience in a high sku-count, high pick volume warehouse Multiple project experiences participating in integrated business planning initiatives Salary: $125,000 - $175,000
