Description This role reports to the Senior Creative Producer and collaborates closely with our in-house Styling Assistant. We are looking for a motivated, proactive professional who is detail-oriented, highly organized, communicative, and reliable, with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong follow-through, excellent multitasking skills, and a passion for supporting creative production. Key Job Responsibilities • Proactively works cross-departmentally to track and gather samples for photo shoots • Assists with shoot preparation and manage sample pulls and tracking prior and during photo shoots • Aids in communicating the photoshoot schedules to the sample team, wholesale team and product development team • While on set, this role will support the lead stylist with organizing samples, steaming, dressing and pinning models • Maintains organization of the dressing rooms, sample closet, studio space, etc.
