Qualifications and Experience of Walmart Store Manager: • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of general management experience including financial responsibility and supervisory experience over 50+ nonexempt and 5+ exempt employees, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and termination; OR 4 years of general management experience with similar supervisory scope. • Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments. • Experience as a Store Manager in low to medium complexity retail environments or 2 years in high-volume retail settings.
