Position Summary... What you'll do... • Supervision and Development: Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, recognizing associates, communicating effectively, fostering a culture of belonging, and recruiting qualified staff to meet staffing needs and support company growth. • Coordination and Oversight: Oversee job-related activities by building relationships with stakeholders, supporting business plans and initiatives, setting and communicating goals, measuring progress, identifying improvement areas, and demonstrating adaptability and continuous learning. • Team Leadership: Lead and develop teams through teaching, training, active listening, store tours with feedback, collaboration, technology use, and leading change efforts. Experience supervising five or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
