New item setups Work with product line and content manager on monthly new item set ups – confirm pricing with EVP sales Share new setup info with forecasting team, analysts, marketing team for reviews, order dept for pricing, buyers so they can turn on Replenishment for owned styles as needed Work with item set up team to make sure drop ship feeds are set up correctly in blue cherry ERP system and styles go live when inventory received Quarterly promos Submit to all buying teams separately (usually months in advance) Submit special buys or additional promos for styles with excess stock Work with  analyst and forecasting team to make sure we have stock on time for planned promos once approved Make sure Walmart planner places orders as needed to support promos New product development Work with analysts and product line to develop styles missing from assortment or requested by buyers based on trends and sales performance Send sell sheets out to buyers for new product Order processing Work with order department on any cost variances or ordering issues (owned, drop ship and FOB) Work with buyers to discontinue / turn off owned ordering for discontinued styles to avoid chargebacks Merchandising Constant product scrubs with help of  analyst – check for content issues, variation issues, feed issues Walmart Meetings Work with internal Walmart team to prepare and submit agendas for bi-weekly touch base meetings or other line review or meetings with Walmart buyers Send resume and cover letter
