Lead the development of a strategic business development plan to build the brand recognition, to drive sales by attracting new clients and developing client relationships Develop sales team, maintain and build clientele lists and database, plan special events, create partnerships with companies and non-profits. Hire, lead, and develop the sales and operations of the store to consistently meet and/or exceed sales plans. The Ideal candidate is a team leader with an entrepreneurial mentality who has strong strategic planning, networking and sales skills.
