VP PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & SOURCING (Apparel)

Responsible for leading and managing the internal Product Development, Sourcing and Technical Design Teams responsible for all product development, sourcing, production functions, including but not limited to; Fabric Development, Product Sampling, Product Development,  Product Costing, Product Fitting, Order Placement, Production Oversight, Product Quality, Product Delivery, Vendor Selection,  Vendor Compliance, Capacity Planning and Product Development and Production Calendars. Non-Essential Duties In addition to the performance of the job responsibilities mentioned above, this position may be required to perform supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor on the particular job requirements. As a manager, serve as a leader of company culture, norms, and conduct. Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
