Company Description: health + wellness CPG lifestyle brandLocation: Los Angeles, CA - can also be based remotely anywhere in the US!Key Responsibilities: - Lead all strategy for developing the brand's wholesale business and achieving the company's set annual sales goals.- Create and lead the execution of a national sales plan to expand the brand through existing and new wholesale channels and accounts.- Manage and build a best-in-class Sales team to maximize the brand experience, drive ambitious sales growth, lead strategic retail marketing initiatives, and protect the brand's first-mover advantage.- Oversee and direct all aspects of sales planning to include demand planning, sales forecasting, analysis, and reporting. - Produce business analytics and report regularly to executive leadership team including weekly pacing and prioritization updates and monthly/quarterly reports as well as general ad-hoc analyses.- Continuously address risks and opportunities against the brand’s annual operating plan.- Define future opportunities and develop comprehensive business plans to maximize revenue potential.- Effectively communicate the brand narrative.- Develop impactful and innovative trade marketing programs based upon customer insights with internal marketing teams, both for customers' digital sales as well as brick and mortar.- Maintain current and future looking knowledge regarding CBD, sexual health, and/or CPG wholesale landscape.Position Requirements:- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.- Min. of 5+ years of experience managing wholesale business and opening new accounts through business development efforts.
