VP OF MARKETING, CREATIVE & VISUAL MERCHANDISING – INTERNATIONAL - Hybrid

Your Impact Drive the strategy & development of 360 marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, traffic and sales growth while maintaining the brand integrity of Victoria’s Secret Responsible for overseeing all international marketing activities including but not limited to: store openings, social media, digital media, PR, marketing website, mobile, loyalty, and all in-store marketing efforts (in-store signage, customer events, promotions, etc.) Influence casting decisions where appropriate and advocate for international needs (e.g. modest) Support international e-commerce with creative assets and through integrated marketing campaigns to drive to both stores and e-comm channels Collaborate with cross-functional International teams (Merchandising, MP&A, Store Operations) to build seasonal strategy and ensure activities are effective and executable for international Maintain strong working knowledge of VS store environment, fixtures, fitting room experience, product, selling culture, visual merchandising strategies with a filter on the customer Strong understanding and appreciations for international customer nuances & behavior Manage and develop a team of direct reports with varying levels of accountability & expertise Oversees annual Marketing budget May oversee relationship with join venture partners (UK & China) Part of VSG ExComm team – understands and supports key VSG strategic initiatives that will drive the growth of the Int’l business Minimum Salary : 232000.00Maximum Salary : 304500.00 VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown. Qualifications Your Experience At least 10 years of experience managing high visibility fashion/beauty/retail brands Experience analyzing campaign data and applying insight and learnings to future campaigns Knowledge of local consumer marketing, and brand management Strategic, analytical and creative thinker Excellent written and verbal communication skills Cultural dexterity Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field of study.
