This position leads the national US field sales teams and is responsible for the execution of the marketing calendars and building strong customer relationships with the retail sales partners. Responsible for building and protecting brand equity at the point of sales and the market share of the brand. Collaborate with SVP Sales to determine sales objectives by retailer. Actively seeks feedback from stakeholders (e.g. retailers) and prioritizes the need to identify and develop the capabilities within the team Business Partnerships Collaborate with SVP of Sales, Education, Marketing, Planning, Merchandising and Finance, and be the voice of the US Field. Build strong business relationships with key retail customers and partners with them in the development of marketing calendar including new product launches, basic business growth and promotional strategies.
