\- Provide forecasts of company sales, economic activity, and market measures to assist senior management in the development of company short and long range financial plans. The VP of FP&A will ensure alignment with business leaders, finance leaders and Transformation Office to deliver on strategic initiatives, meet plans and realize additional opportunities. He/she will lead a team of 12 colleagues. \- Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex business planning issues and develop/implement solutions to support the business strategies. \- Demonstrated ability and experience leading strategic vision for financial planning.
