Boutique Manager & Content Creator

We're looking for a creative, outgoing Brand & Content Coordinator who is passionate about fashion, social media, and content creation. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in fashion marketing, branding, and social media while helping grow an emerging boutique brand.
What You'll Do
As our Brand & Content Coordinator, you'll help bring the Voema brand to life every day through creativity, content, and exceptional customer experiences.
Your responsibilities include:
Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, and other social media content.
Photograph and film new arrivals, styling videos, boutique lifestyle content, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Edit short-form videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar editing software.
Style customers and deliver an elevated in-store shopping experience.
Merchandise new arrivals and help maintain a beautiful, organized boutique.
Stay on top of fashion trends and contribute fresh content and marketing ideas.
Assist with boutique events, photoshoots, influencer collaborations, and seasonal campaigns.
Build meaningful relationships with customers both in-store and online.
Help grow the Voema brand through creativity, consistency, and outstanding customer service.
What We're Looking For
Passion for fashion, styling, social media, and content creation.
Strong eye for photography, video, and visual storytelling.
Comfortable creating engaging Instagram and TikTok content.
Friendly, outgoing, confident, and comfortable connecting with people.
Creative, organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Excited to grow with a fast-growing contemporary boutique brand.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Fashion Merchandising, Public Relations, or a related field (or graduating soon).
Experience creating social media content for Instagram or TikTok.
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or other short-form video editing software.
Photography experience.
Retail, customer service, or boutique experience is a plus, but not required.
