Our ideal candidate is a trendsetter with a keen eye for details and an appreciation for the Ann Taylor brand.As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing visual presentations in stores and on the web. You will need to stay up-to-date on trends and the competition to ensure that our customers have the best visual shopping experience.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in visual merchandising in the fashion industry. Collaborate with team members to ensure that displays meet the Ann Taylor brand standards. Train and manage any seasonal visual merchandising staff.
