Visual Merchandising Specialist

Our ideal candidate is a trendsetter with a keen eye for details and an appreciation for the Ann Taylor brand.As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing visual presentations in stores and on the web. You will have the opportunity to bring your own vision and creativity to the table, while staying in line with the Ann Taylor brand. You will need to stay up-to-date on trends and the competition to ensure that our customers have the best visual shopping experience.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in visual merchandising in the fashion industry. You should have a knack for organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team setting. An understanding of the Ann Taylor brand and a passion for fashion are a must.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDevelop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the Ann Taylor brand.
Design and create displays in stores and on the web that reflect the current trends and competition.
Stay informed of fashion trends and maintain a keen eye for details.
Collaborate with team members to ensure that displays meet the Ann Taylor brand standards.
Monitor sales and customer feedback to ensure that visual displays are effective.
Ensure that merchandise is displayed in a visually appealing and organized manner.
Train and manage any seasonal visual merchandising staff.
Manage inventory and ensure that appropriate stock levels are maintained.
Develop and execute creative ideas for in-store events and promotions.
Troubleshoot any visual merchandising issues that may arise.
