Visual Merchandising Specialist (Contract) | Shops at Highland Village Pop Up

Responsibilities • Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor. • Execute powerful and visually appealing product presentation in accordance with company standards to enhance the guest experience and drive store sell through. • Provide direct feedback and in-the-moment training related to brand standards, product placement, and visual display techniques to support team members ongoing learning and development. Nice-to-haves • Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above; training or degree in design or a related field. • Experience (not necessarily the focus of a role): retail product merchandising, visual merchandising, or inventory management; managing projects, processes, or administering part of a business operation.
