Description Responsibilities: Manage the VS Beauty Visual Merchandising strategy into creative, fashion-oriented, and brand-right interior concepts for each floor set. Partner with Visual Merchandising Manager to develop and execute concepts and positioning for product launches/tests Constantly conceptualize and execute new and creative in store merchandising ideas inclusive of product placement and styling to drive out of the box thinking for all floorsets. Devise, implement and execute tests as they relate to Intimates categories to ensure total store is leveraged for optimal execution, collaborating with cross-functional partners for test results and quantitative/qualitative information. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience managing, executing, and presenting complex visual merchandising vision and process Understanding of product positioning strategies Strong Communication and presentation skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Art, or related area Computer skills: Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite, Sketchup experience preferred.
